Alfred attended schools in Baltimore and Washington DC before beginning a career driving professionally. In addition to driving tour buses for celebrities, he also drove for Ryder, Greyhound, and Safeway. He loved to drive!
More than loving to drive, Alfred loved the Washington Redskins and riding his motorcycle "Nessa". He was often found cheering on his favorite team or riding long distances on the trike. Even through his illness, he longed to hear the sound of his motorcycle!
He was preceded in death by his brother and best friend Bill. He treasured the quality time of weekly breakfasts at IHOP with Bill and was never the same after Bill passed away in 2016.
Alfred is survived by his wife Vanessa; daughters Delisha, Renee, and Destiny; one son Reinald; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
A private memorial will be hosted for immediate family only.
