Peggy Ann Harris Butler, 82, of Gaston, has passed away on January 26, 2022 to be with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Peggy was born to Woodrow Wilson and Carrie Bell Harris on May 31, 1939 in Lockhart, SC. She graduated in 1957 from Lockhart High School where she played basketball. She was married to Jerry Roland Butler, Sr. until 1982.
She is survived by her two sons, Jerry R. Butler, Jr. and Michael T. Butler; three grandchildren, Geri Drawdy, Jordan Butler, Kenzy Peake and three great-grandchildren.
Peggy was dearly loved and the most unselfish, sweetest person.
Funeral services will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 1 at Woodridge Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
