Billie Jean "Jeannie" Mincey, age 79, of Columbia, South Carolina passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. She was born on November 22, 1944 in Winnsboro, SC to the late Harriet and Bill Jeffcoat.
Jeannie worked as a receptionist in optometry.
She is survived by her daughters, Dena Oxner (Michael) and Dawn Byrd (Bill); brothers, Buddy Beckham (Debbie) and Wayne Beckham (Patsy); and her grandsons, Landon, Seth, and Ethan.
A graveside service will be held for Jeannie at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 10, 2024 at Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170.
