Faith Welch

Faith retired but worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of South Carolina assisting the Dean, professors, and students in the Physical Education and College of Criminal Justice departments for 20 years.

She is survived by her son, Dempsey Welch (Sandy); daughter, Casey Welch (Victor); grandchildren, Riley Welch, Tobias Welch, Daniel Rawson, Chloe Belk, Brynlee Belk, Victor Welch, and Weston Welch and siblings, Carole Gilroy (Bob), Janie Ewald, David Lankford (Teena), and Hal Nuttall and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her mother Carole Jeanette Caughman.

Faith was a strong woman and loving mother. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Gone but never forgotten. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation with the family will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Southland Memorial Gardens.
