Ruth is survived by her brother, James E. Martin; daughters, Glenda Fly, Pamala Pound, and Sandra Pugh; seven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Ruth retired from the United States Postal Service with 22 years of service. She began her career as a clerk/carrier and moving on to Letter Carrier. At the time of her retirement in 1992 she was an Equal Employment Counselor/Investigator.
Ruth enjoyed many hobbies which included floral arranging, gardening, bowling and softball.
A Celebration of Life for Ruth will be held Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 West Goshen Ave, Visalia, CA 93291.
