Margaret Helen Weaver

Margaret Weaver, passed away on June 14, 2017. Margie was born December 5, 1930 in Pennsylvania. She is survived by her children; Sandra Marek of Washington; Gary Weaver (Michelle) of Oregon; and Tammy Hicks (David) of Visalia, CA; 8 grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren along with many additional family members and friends. Along with her human family, Margie is survived by her canine companion Poindexter. Mom was raised in Pennsylvania and moved to California with Dad so he could pursue a teaching career. She retired after working 25 years for Chicago Title Insurance. Mom and Dad both enjoyed retirement. They would travel and visit with relatives. She sure missed Dad who passed in 2013 but had a good spirit until the end.

I would like to thank the Caregivers of Delta Nursing Facility for the wonderful care they took of my mom during her three year stay. Mom is now with her sweet heart and loving every moment. Till we see each other again. We love you, Mom

Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 9:00 am at the Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia, CA.
