In the 50's, Angie drove the Elbow Creek School Bus for 5 years while being a full-time Wife and Mother. Later she worked for Bayley Manufacturing as a machine operator, inspector and retired from Bostitch Staples as Quality Control Inspector with a keen eye for detail. Angie and her husband John were active with the PPAV Hall and the Elbow Creek Grange. She enjoyed cooking and canning for her family, we called it Angie's Kitchen because she always had lots of leftovers. Angie enjoyed gardening and tending her plethora of Roses. She loved sewing and taught her daughters to sew. Angie loved making crafts, reading the daily paper, enjoyed her trips to the coast and trips to family reunions in Reno. With her good memory of family events she shared many entertaining stories of the family history.
Angie will be missed as the Matriarch of the family.
