Sandra Crafton Sawyer

Sandra C. Sawyer, 67, passed away on November 10, 2022. She was born to Laura Russell and John D. Crafton on May 2, 1955 in Norfolk, VA. She is preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and Delbert Crafton and one sister Loretta C. Hirschfeld. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Ronald L. Sawyer; her sons, Brad Castelloe and Justin Castelloe; her sisters, Connie Crafton and Myrtle Crafton; three step children, Stephanie, Ron and Rachel; nine grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Sandy was a cafeteria manager for Norfolk Highlands Elementary and Chesapeake Public Schools for many years and retired from that position. A visitation for Sandra will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A celebration of life will occur Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N Witchduck Rd, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462.
