Rhonda J. Midgley Virginia Beach - Rhonda Jo (Mowell) Midgley, 49, formally of Springfield, OH passed away unexpectedly Friday, April 11, 2014.Rhonda was the wife of Mark Midgley and the mother of three children, Christopher of Hampton, VA and Jessica & Nicholas of Va Beach, VA. She helped raise her niece Samantha of Chesapeake, VA.She is survived by her parents, James Mowell (Kathy) of North Port, Florida, and Sandra Glover Brown (Norman) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; three sisters, Julie Mowell of Chesapeake, VA, Becky Spicer (Buzzy) of Stafford, VA; half-sister, Diana Lockhart (David) of Kingsport, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews. Rhonda was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Clarence and Gertrude Glover; paternal grandparents, Jacob and Marie Mowell; a step-mother, Peggy J. Mowell; and several aunts and uncles.She was Mark's companion and best friend for 32 years. Rhonda never met a stranger. She will be sadly missed by all that knew her.A celebration of life will be held at 6:00 p.m., Wed., April 16, 2014 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd, Va Beach, VA 23462.
