Margie A. Richardson

Margie A. Richardson, 55, passed away in Portsmouth on Thursday, October 1, 2020. Margie was born in St. Louis, Missouri and was raised by her adopted parents, James and Sarah Cooper; she is also predeceased by her life partner, Lee Murphy. Margie was a member of Vineyard Community Church in Virginia Beach. She lived majority of her life focusing on her family. She loved the arts, reading poetry and collecting Origami Owl and other various jewelry. She is survived by her children, Glenn, Jr. and Nathan; siblings, LaVonne, Melissa, Melody and Aleta Joe as well as many beloved friends.
