Mrs. Howe was born in Norfolk, VA and resided in Norfolk and Virginia Beach throughout her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Copley and Francis Dozier Dickerson. She retired as a claims service representative for USAA. She was an active member of Eastern Shore Chapel in the 1980’s – teaching Sunday school and leading the church bazaar. She later became a member of Kempsville Baptist Church with her husband, Allen Howe. She was part of the first graduating class and a cheerleader at Cox High School. She volunteered her time at Lee’s Friends for many years after her boys were grown. Linda enjoyed the beach, sun, and life in general. She was always a pleasure to be around and will be sorely missed by her friends and family.
