Jon Eric Biersteker

Jon Eric Biersteker, 58, passed away on Friday, February 1st, 2019. Jon was born in Green Bay, WS to the late Kenneth and Lois Biersteker. In the mid 1980s, Jon moved from Wisconsin to Virginia for a job in HVAC eventually leading to 25 year career at CBN. Jon was publicly awarded many times for his excellent work ethic by founder Pat Robertson. Jon was passionate about making God known to the lost and he joined an evangelistic group called “the God Squad” from Rock Church in Virginia Beach. This is where he met his wife Angela who is left to cherish his memory along with his children; Rachel and her husband Jackson Park, Katie Ann and her husband Matthew Foy, Stephen, Daniel; siblings, David, Diane Kniess, Mark, Joan Maynard, Joseph, Richard, Brenda Hand, Gerald, Stephen, Jeffery, Sharon Murphy, Diane and Joseph are both deceased. A service to celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. at New Life Church, 423 Shell Road, Chesapeake, VA. Repast to follow which will be potluck style.
