Debbie Lynn Alexander

NORFOLK - Debbie Lynn Alexander, passed away Feb. 11, 2013. Debbie was born on Oct. 16, 1958 to John W. and Mary James, she had three sisters and four brothers. Debbie worked at OK Moving & Storage as a packer for the last 12 years, where she made lifelong friends. Debbie enjoyed spending time with her family, going to work, and taking care of her yard. She will be greatly missed by many. Debbie leaves behind her oldest son, James Alexander IV and wife Melanie; her son, Jerry Alexander; and son, Kenny Jackson. Debbie also leaves behind four grandsons whom she adored very much, along with her youngest "child," Miles. A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Va Beach. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Norfolk SPCA.
