Barbara Janeen Pruett

Barbara was preceded in death by her daughter, Joy Pruett, and her parents, William and Bettie Roberts.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 65 years, Johnie Pruett; daughters, Annette Youngblood and husband, Ted, Melodie Strother, and Stacy Gore; grandchildren, Tammy Forsong, Michelle Brunn, Heather Gilcrease, Kristina Evan, Terry Wright Jr., Debra Strother, Ricky Strother Jr., Timothy Sedlock, Tiffany Sedlock and Jason Pruett; sisters, Lydia Roberts and Esther Northington; and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Family will receive friends from Noon until time of service on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at First Baptist Church of Vinton followed by a memorial service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Ray Wells will officiate.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the building fund of First Baptist Church of Vinton in Barbara's memory.
