William Francis Wade

William F. Wade, born on August 15, 1947, in Evansville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2024, in Fontana, California. He was the beloved husband of Shirley J. Wade and father to Yvonne Wade, Jennifer Sisley, Melissa Lovejoy, Travis Bates, William Wade Jr., Robert Wade and Grant Bates.

He had 13 brothers and sisters reflecting the large and loving family that shaped his life.

William dedicated his professional life to the aviation industry as an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor.

His career was marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence and safety, earning him the respect and admiration of colleagues and friends alike. His work ensured the safety of countless passengers, leaving a legacy of responsibility and care.

Beyond his professional achievements, William was cherished for his wonderful sense of humor, generosity, and compassion. He had an innate ability to bring joy and laughter to those around him, brightening the lives of family and friends with his quick wit and warm heart. His generosity knew no bounds, as he was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need, embodying the true spirit of kindness and empathy.

A memorial service for William will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Desert View Funeral Home, 11478 Amargosa Rd, Victorville, California 92392. A reception will follow at 2:00 PM.
