Rafael Reyes Jaramillo

Rafael Reyes Jaramillo, a lifelong resident of Barstow, CA, passed unexpectedly on May 26, 2021, at the age of 52. Rafael was born on September 11, 1968, to Rebecca and Belardo Jaramillo. As a child Rafael, he loved to play with his older brother's Eduardo and Abalardo and little sister Rosie. He met the love of his life Corinne in 1987. They have been together for 34 years and married for 32 years. During their years together, Rafael and Corinne had three children Derrick, Crystal, Rafael Jr., and they have been blessed with nine grandchildren, Elise, Angelina, Aaliyah, Lillianna, Angelisah, Odelyna, Amaryiah, Dillinger, and a baby boy on the way, Reyes.

Rafael was a devoted Husband, loving Father, extraordinary Grandfather, and a loyal friend to so many. He enjoyed working and providing for his family, gathering together for barbecues, and playing oldies but goodies. Rafael enjoyed making everyone laugh and was a character. His laugh would brighten up the room, and we'll never forget his jokes. He also loved building and experimenting with things.

Rafael is survived by his wife Corinne Jaramillo, his three children Derrick, Crystal, Rafael Jr. His son-in-law Bryant & daughter-in-law Stella, his grandchildren Elise, Angelina, Aaliyah, Lillianna, Angelisah, Odelyna, Amaryiah, Dillinger, and a baby boy on the way, Reyes. He is also survived by his two brother's Eduardo and Abalardo, and one sister Rosie. Rafael is preceded in death by his mother and father, Rebecca and Belardo Jaramillo.

Family and friends and everyone that knew him will deeply miss Rafael.

A Memorial Service will be held June 18 at 2 p.m; at Mead Mortuary 36930 Irwin Road Barstow, CA 92311.
