Maurice Christopher Moreno

Maurice Christopher Moreno, was called home with our Lord on October 12, 2021 peacefully in his sleep. Maurice was born December 22, 1976 in Phoenix, Arizona to Manuel and Cynthia Moreno. The family moved to Highland San Bernardino, California when he was 9 years old. At the age of 17, Maurice would meet Catrina who he would later marry and have four beautiful daughters, Catrina (Boogie), Coreena, Cerina , and Cebrina, who he unconditionally adored. Once married Maurice and Catrina moved to Victorville, California to raise their daughters together.

Maurice was a true, Dallas Cowboys fan and loved spending time with family, and he enjoyed barbecuing, he loved making his favorite meal, ‘bbq pork, fried rice and egg rolls’. Maurice appreciated watching movies at home together, or going out to the drive-in with family and friends. Maurice loved being his girl’s biggest fan, watching them play softball at the park is what he enjoyed the most.

He grew up working on cars with his dad and brothers. He recently had a car project of his own and could spend endless hours outside where he took his time to polish every nut and bolt to his 1964 SS Impala which was his dream car. Maurice loved attending Lowrider shows but mainly the carhops. Maurice, will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Maurice is survived by his parents Manuel and Cynthia Moreno, Wife Catrina Moreno, daughters Catrina (Boogie), Coreena, Cerina , and Cebrina Moreno. God-Daughter Mariah Moreno who he helped raise. Sister Cynthia Escobar (Moreno) and brothers Michael, Manuel, Marc and Max also numerous nephews and nieces.
