John T. Cundiff

John was born in Mason County, West Virginia on May 28th 1950, the youngest of four children. After graduating Groveport-Madison High School, John enlisted in the United States Air Force and served over 22 years before retiring as a Munitions Systems Craftsman. Being a hard dedicated worker and provider for his family, John also had a 21 year career as a Plant Manager for the Apple Valley High School District before retiring for good.

John was a strong man of faith and his love for God was a central part of his life. He was a very generous and caring man, always quick to help those in need. He was known by family and friends to be funny, witty, sweet, wise, and humble. He loved the Lord and was loved and respected by all who met him. John was a loving husband and wonderful father and will be missed greatly.

John was preceded in death by his father and mother, Kenneth Cundiff and Mary Spencer Cundiff. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sommai; sons John and Joseph, his wife Arely; his siblings, Billie Jean "Cundiff" Morarity and her husband Larry, Mary Lou Cundiff, George "Pete" Cundiff and his wife Katherine and nieces and nephews.

Due to the restrictions put in place because of the Covid-19 pandemic, there will only be a limited celebration of John's life on Tuesday December 15, 2020 at 12:00 at Victor Valley Mortuary.
