James Deane Rapp, age 61, of Victoria, Texas passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023. He was born in Port Lavaca on April 21, 1961 to Doretha Steen and Jame Horrell Rapp. He graduated from high school in Tucson, Arizona. After graduation, he moved to Bloomington, Texas. He was an electrician at Zachary for 25 years. He was employed with ICS when he passed. He loved riding his Harley with his wife and friends. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and going to the beach. James loved his family more than anything else.
He leaves behind his wife, Michelle Rapp; daughters, DeAnne Villarreal and Amber Rapp; grandchildren, Anastasia Villarreal and AJ Rangal; plus all of his friends whom he loved.
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 1pm-4pm at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. There will be no service following. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
