Fred E. Smith Jr., age 76, of Victoria, Texas passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Fred was born September 16, 1945 in Victoria, Texas to the late Fred E. Smith Sr. and Melba Richards Smith.

Fred is survived by his daughter; Sara Vela, son; Fred E. Smith III, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters; Sue Raaz, and Andra Schneider.

No services are scheduled at this time.
