Beaulah L. Holcombe

Beaulah L. Holcombe, 92, of Victoria, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023 in Victoria. She was born in Falls City, Texas to the late Richard R. and Jessie Elizabeth Bruton Mills on September 17, 1930. She worked as a Dietician for Alcoa for many years.

In addition to her parents, Richard R. and Jessie Elizabeth Bruton Mills, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 70 years, Calvin Ray Holcombe (2015), son-in-law, Norvel Caldwell; and siblings, Junior R. Mills, Toby Lewis Mills, Delmer Freddie Mills, Kenneth Otto Mills, Jack Glen Mills, James Carl Mills, Samuel Burl Mills, Donald Wayne Mills, Richard Jessie Mills, Margaret Ruth Mills, Phyllis Marie Mills, and Helen Virginia Mills.

Beaulah is survived by daughters, Shirley Ann Caldwell, Polly Cullers and her husband Russell, and Julie Adams and her husband Dave; sons, Richard Ray Holcombe and his wife Kathy, and Ted Holcombe and his wife Diane; grandchildren, Lonnie Holcombe, Jack Roberts, Eddie Roberts, Angie Covarubbias, Tony Roberts, Stephanie Haney, Donna Denton, Allison Acree, Rachel Cullers, Brooklyn Rivera, Lizzie Adams, and Kirsten Adams; great-grandchildren, Cavin Holcombe, Kolby Holcombe, Lillian Holcombe, Dusty Roberts, Haley Roberts, Christopher Roberts, Emily Roberts, Sarah Roberts, Andrea Alvarez, Taylor Roberts, Aiden Covarubbias, Anneliese Covarubbias, Sydni Haley, Braylon Haley, Noah Tillery, Faith Acree, Paige Acree, and Tristan Roberts; great-great-grandchild, Kylie Roberts; and brother, Elmer Otis Mills. Beaulah also leaves behind numerous extended family, all of whom will cherish her memory.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 5-7 pm at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 at 2 pm at Colonial Funeral Home with Pastor Edwin Cann Officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Honoring her by serving as Pallbearers will be Jack Roberts, Eddie Roberts, Tony Roberts, Lonnie Holcombe, Caleb Rivera, David Acree, Adolph Covarubbias, Cliff Denton, and Chris Haney.
