Jacqueline Rae Whittaker

Jacqui graduated from Esquimalt Secondary and went on to attend Camosun College and Vancouver Community College.

Jacqui made Vancouver her home for the past 8 years, only moving back to the island recently. She passed away suddenly in her hometown of Victoria on March 30,2024.

Wherever she went Jacqui made good friends, with her kind hilarious nature, her beautiful smile, and a twinkle in her eye. Her besties are known as her "girl tribe" whom she loved dearly. She was the ultimate Cat Mama and loved her "purr babies" dearly.

Jacqui is beloved unconditionally by her Mama Tracy MacRae and her Dad Ray Whittaker. She is adored and forever missed by her big brother Seth Whittaker and her younger sisters Carli and Morgan Whittaker.

Jacqui also leaves behind other loved ones: her Mama's husband Richard, her Grandma Jan MacRae, and her Aunties Sharlyn MacRae and Joanne Wispinski, and a large extended family. Jacqui was predeceased by her Grandpa Joe MacRae, her Grandma and Grandpa Whittaker and her infant brother Braden. Jacqui treasured her family and friends and will live on in our hearts Forever and Always.

In lieu of flowers, donations much appreciated to Chrysalis Society, a place of healing and recovery for women; a cause that is near and dear to Jacqui and her loved ones.
