Siu Wan Siu

SIU, Siu Wan was born on October 10, 1927 in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China and passed away peacefully in Royal Columbian Hospital on January 23, 2013 at the age of 85 with her family by her side. Predeceased by her husband, Siu Kam Kuen of 45 years and brother Lowe Bo Wan. Siu Wan will be lovingly remembered by her 5 children, spouses, 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Son Steve (Lily) Akemi, Masumi (Mathew,Emiko,Liam) and Naomi, Son Sonny (Pei Pei) Evan (Kaori,Kenta),Vincent, Son Glen (Ada) David, Jennifer, Son Garry (Doris), Daughter Irene (Barry Mah) Nicole, Derrick, Brianna, Brent and Shomas. She will also be remembered by her brother Bo Hong (Rosita) Wendy, Francis, sister-in-law (Ying Wah) Sylvia, Johnny, as well as many other relatives and friends. Siu Wan (mom, PoPo) will always be remembered for her big smile, generosity, and invitations to feed you and love of family gatherings. Family visitation will be held at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, 1835 East Hastings, Vancouver on Tuesday, February 5 from 6 to 8 pm, where Funeral Service will be held at Glenhaven on Wednesday, February 6 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park 3789 Royal Oak, Burnaby.
