Lai Ying Wong 黃余麗英

Mrs. Lai Ying Wong was born in Zhongshan Guangdong China on December 13, 1930. She passed away peacefully at Mt. St. Joseph Hospital in Vancouver, British Columbia on August 28, 2022 at the age of 91 years. She is survived by her six children, fourteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family.

A visitation for Mrs. Lai Ying Wong will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, 1835 E Hastings St, Vancouver, BC.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022 commencing at 12:00 noon at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, 1835 E Hastings St, Vancouver, BC, Service will be live streamed through this link https://funeraweb.tv/en/diffusions/59798. Followed by a graveside service in the afternoon commencing at 2:00 PM at Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby, BC.

A Funeral Reception (following the graveside service) for friends and family will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the Grand Crystal Seafood Restaurant, 2216 – 4500 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC located on the 2nd floor of the Crystal Mall. Underground Parking is recommended at no cost to visitor.
