Dear David,
I shall never forget your friendly smiles and generous gestures throughout our 20+ years of friendship. While I know you are at a better place now, you'll be dearly missed.

I can't thank you enough for all that you've done for me my entire life.

I will always cherish the days when we golfed together. We always had a little friendly competition, but I felt no matter what, we both won, since we could spend a sunny weekend playing a game we love together, cheering each other on.

Helen, we are shocked and saddened to hear the bad news.  David is such a wonderful gentleman.  We still recalled his kindness and smiles since 1990’s.  Our friendships will never be forgotten.  Perhaps it is a relief to him but I am sure he will be missed by all of us.  During this difficult time, our thoughts are with you and your family.

I was deeply saddened to hear that David passed away. It was a pleasure dealing with Signiture Press for so many year and had a few rounds of golf with David after his retirement. He will be deeply missed.

No words can express our saddest feelings. We are very grateful to have had David as part of our family for so many years and to have had so many fond memories together.

We were with David ever since he was bravely battling with cancer and we were with him until the very end. It's not easy for him and the family. He was very brave. He will always be in our hearts.

It's been a privileged opportunity of knowing David. David always showing a smiling face and speaks with wisdom and understanding. I lost my words and saddened when I heard of David's passing.
