He is lovingly survived by his wife Helen, his two children Elizabeth and Philip and many beloved family members. He will be greatly missed by his family, relatives and friends.
David lived in Hong Kong, England and moved to Vancouver in 1991. He had a very happy life, owning his printing business and retiring in 2015. He enjoyed travelling, playing guitar, golfing with his son and friends and spending time with family.
David was enjoying retirement until October 2017 when he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He had been in and out of hospitals since then. He was admitted to Vancouver General Hospital on February 23rd and remained there surrounded by loved ones until he left us.
We would like to thank BC Cancer Agency, St Paul’s Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital and Vancouver Coastal Board for their special care and assistance.
As a tribute to David, we will be donating all memorial monetary gifts to BC Cancer Agency.
