In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Goldie Gryner; a daughter, Delores Alexander; two grandsons, Kenneth Thompson and Gabe Gryner; and a great-great-granddaughter, Keslyn Joy Stepp.
He is survived by a daughter, Sharon Hammons (Bobby) of Van Buren; three sons, Dennis Gryner (Connie) of Van Buren, William Gryner, Jr. (Tammy) of Mulberry, and George Motes of Tyronza, AR; a sister, Jeanette Young of Wichita, KS; a brother, Jimmy Gryner (Sue) of Keiser, AR; eleven grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 31, 2024 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with cremation to follow, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR. Viewing will begin at 1:00 p.m. Thursday.
