Delbert "Pat" Eugene Dugan

Pastor Delbert “Pat” Dugan, 91, of Van Buren, passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at his home. He was born June 14, 1929 in Kansas City, KS to Nicholas and Frances Dugan. He served in the U.S. Navy, and was retired from the railroad after 34 years. He created the Born Again Believer’s Guide.

He is survived by three children, five stepchildren, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery with Military Honors, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
