Charles Wayne Bentley

Charles “Wayne” Bentley, 65, of Cedarville, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022 at his home. He was born May 20, 1956 in Van Buren. He was a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Bentley; a sister and a brother.

He is survived by his companion, Kitty Depriest of the home; two daughters, Summer Croft and husband Zach of Cedarville, and Bonnie Auldridge and husband Joe of Cedarville; two sons, Chuck Bentley and wife Amy of Cedarville and Michael Hopson and wife Brandy of Prairie Grove; three sisters; five brothers; sixteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 2, 2022 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2022 at 86 Cemetery in Strickler, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Zach Croft, Charles Bentley, Jr., Braxton Bentley, Michael Hopson, Robbie Carter and Benny Bowman.

The family will visit with friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2022, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
