Earl J. Jackson

Earl Jackson, 78, of Hickory, NC went home to be with his Heavenly Father on May 6, 2017. Born in Connecticut where he resided most of his life prior to moving to North Carolina in 1988. He was the son of the late Ernest & Marion Jackson of Winsted, CT.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Earnest Jackson, Jr., and his children, Earle “Bub” Jackson & Barbara Jackson.

Survivors include: brother, Richard Jackson and wife Sheila and family of Winsted, CT and Bernice "Nancy" Leone formerly of Kensington, CT and family, son, Stacey Jackson and wife Jeannette of Morganton, NC, daughter, Bridgina Starr of Statesville, NC, his Grandchildren: Heather Colley, Jimmy Starr Jr “Darin”, Tasha Starr, Dawn Muntz, Noah Lamontagne, Sara Jackson, Latasha Incillo, Dustin Jackson, Tatiana Jackson and his Great Grandchildren Andrew Colley, Jessica Colley, Jacob Colley, and Jamison Bouteiler.

The family would also like to acknowledge Janet King, ex-wife and very close friend as a survivor.
