Mary Nell Cook

Mary is survived by her husband of 68 years, Verdie; son David of Phoenix, Arizona; daughter Barbara of Universal City, Texas; and granddaughter Nell of Phoenix, Arizona.

Mary was an exceptionally devoted wife and mother. She loved being with her friends and watching Dallas Cowboys football games. Those who knew her would agree that she was both sassy and fun to be around. Although she was originally from Georgia, Mary got to Texas just as soon as she could and she considered herself a true Texan.

Although there are no scheduled services, the family highly encourages Mary's many friends and extended family members to share fond memories and expressions of sympathy by following the "Add a Memory" icon below.
