Julio was born May 18, 1949 in Lima, Peru to Julio Pando and Maria (Rojas) Pando. He is survived by his wife Gladys (Almache) Pando of 47 years, his three children that adore him, Claudia Dagnone of Union, NJ, Patrick Pando of Springfield, NJ and Fabiola Meade of Westfield, NJ. He is also survived by his brother Cesar Pando of West Orange, NJ and predeceased by his sister Martha Pando Benavides of Paterson, NJ. Julio was greatly loved by his 9 grandchildren Adrian, Evan, Allison, Mia, Ian, Antonio, Lia, Emma and Chloe. He also has many nieces, nephews and a large family who loves him dearly.
Julio had a great affection for dogs. Dina was his most recent best dog friend. He also had a passion for helping others. He is well known for having the biggest heart. He most recently went to Huarmey, Peru to bring food and assist in the clean up of the mudslides.
Julio will be greatly missed by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
