William Michael Vollmer Jr., age 76, of Union City, New Jersey passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. He was born in Jersey City and lived most of his life in Union City. William worked as a maintenance worker for the Union City Public Library for many years before retiring in 2005.
William was the dear brother of the late Marlene Maroldi. He is survived by his brother in law Michael Maroldi as well as his nieces and nephews; Michael A Maroldi, Melanie A Poletski and Blaisa D Quattlebaum; Thomasina Carney, The Carney brothers and father Frank Sr., Frank Jr., George and Eugene.
A visitation for William will be held Friday, December 2, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Leber Funeral Home, 2000 Kennedy Blvd, Union City, NJ 07087. The funeral service will be on Saturday 12/3/22 at 9:30am at the funeral home with the interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
