Angela Torres 94, of Westwood, passed away on Wednesday August 29, 2018. She was a lifelong resident of Union City until moving to Westwood 5 years ago. Angela was a Teacher’s Aide at Edison School in Union City for 10 years before retiring in 2006.
Angela was the beloved wife of the late Frederick Torres. She was the devoted mother of Andrea Torres, Loretta Onorato and husband Paul and Fred Torres and wife Theresa. She was also the loving grandmother of Angela Torres, Steven Onorate, Daniel Torres, Megan Torres and the late Luke Onorato.
The funeral will be on Friday at 10am from the Leber Funeral Home in Union City then to St. Anthony Church in Union City where at 11:15am a mass will be offered. The entombment will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum. The visitation will be on Thursday 8/30/18 from 4 to 8pm.
