Alexander was born May 3, 1949 in Norwich, the son of the late Joseph B. and Cidalia “Sally” Lanca Vollaro.
He married the late Maria Zito June 12, 1976 at St. Mary’s Church in New London CT. She passed away January 8, 2017.
He had worked at Electric Boat since 1969 as in Graphic Reproduction, retiring in 2011.
He loved fishing and racing and was an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan. He really enjoyed spending time with his family.
Alexander is survived by his brother Joseph J. Vollaro and his wife Robin, sister JoAnn Policelli and by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be private for Alexander’s family.
