Patricia Warwick Hill, age 74, of Tyler, Texas passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, February 24, 2023. Pat was born on Thursday, September 23, 1948 in Marvell, Arkansas and was one of seven children.
Pat was a 1966 graduate of Irving High School. She married young and had 2 girls, who she loved dearly. Pat was always ready for a road trip or family reunion. She was clever, highly creative, and owned a crafting business specializing in ceramics, wood crafts and crochet. Pat was a supervisor for JCPenney until her retirement. She was an avid gardener and fisherman. If Pat was outdoors, enjoying nature, she was happy! Pat also loved playing games and line dancing. She was extremely skilled at home improvement projects and was an amazing cook. Pat had an unusual sense of humor, and would love to be remembered with funny, strange, or silly stories that celebrate the life she led.
Pat is survived by her loving daughters, Tammy Chaney and Toni (Terry) Gebhardt; step-son, George R. (Crystal) Hill; sister, Hope (Johnny) Sparks; sister-in-law, Jacque Warwick; granddaughters, Sami (Ian) McGee, Samantha Gebhardt, and Jordan Hill; grandsons, Josh Gebhardt, and Riley Hill; and 4 great-grandchildren, Kylee Gebhardt, Grayson West, Jax McGee, and Remi McGee.
Pat is preceded in death by her husband, George R. Hill III; parents, David Curtis Warwick and Bertha Mooney Wallace; and siblings, Jimmy Dale Warwick, Scott Warwick, Butch Warwick, Joan Warwick, and Mike Warwick.
At Pat's request, a celebration of life gathering will be limited to family.
