Services for Gay Parsons, 53, of Whitehouse are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 22, 2013 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bullard with Bishop Jared Sonne officiating under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home. Burial is in Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery.
Gay passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013 at her residence.
She was born on November 2, 1959 in Longview to the late Phil & Gertrude Heird Phillips. Gay was retired from AT&T.
She is survived by three brothers, Scott Lawrence, Jody Phillips and Billy Phillips; one sister, Pam Nail; special aunt, Betty Cole; special friend, Beate Simpson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews that she loved very much; and her beloved animals, Saki, Pearl and Diamonds.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Thursday at Lloyd James Funeral Home.
