Doris Lee

Doris was devoted to her family and her faith in God. She was a member of Lakeview Community Church where she loved to worship with her friends and share a clown ministry with he late husband Robert Lee, whom passed away in May 2022. She also loved flowers and spent most of her working life designing flowers for the Tyler community and retired from Brookshire’s as a manager of her local flower department. Doris was a lifelong quilter and crafts enthusiast, which she loved to share with her family and friends. Doris loved family gatherings, especially the holidays where she showed off her joy of cooking and being with her family.

She is survived by sons; Mike Ramsey and his wife Fatima, Willie Hancock and his wife, Katie, grandchildren; Bryan Ramsey, Whitney Ramsey, Joshua Hancock, Cody Hancock, Savanah Ramsey, Lillian Ramsey, Hayden Hancock, great grandchildren; Hunter, Abbie, Caleb, Taelynn, Sophia, Madison, and Rhyan. In addition to her parents and husband, twelve brothers and sisters predeceased her.

Her Life Celebration will be at the Lakeview Community Church, 17035 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75707, on Monday, August 29, 2022, at 1:00pm, followed by burial in the Williams Cemetery in Chapel Hill, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Bryan Ramsey, Joshua Hancock, Hunter Ramsey, Cody Hancock, Caleb Ramsey, and Hayden Hancock.
