Laura C. Taylor

Laura Christine Bell Taylor passed away on November 8th, 2016 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Olympia, Washington at the age of 60 from cancer. She was born on June 15th, 1956 to Charles and Barbara Bell (Curtice) in Modesto, California. She grew up there attending Modesto Schools and graduating in 1974. She married Anthony Bagatelos and they had two sons Anthony and Theodore. They later divorced. Laura raised her sons with a firm and loving hand.

In 2003 she met the love of her life and her soulmate Sam Taylor. They were married on December 16th, 2005 in Olympia, Washington. They spent almost 14 years enjoying their lives together and watching their grandchildren grow.

She was preceded in death by her loving father Charles Bell and her brother George Bell. She is survived by her husband Sam Taylor III, her sons Anthony and Theodore, her mother Barbara, stepsons James Taylor (Jenny) Sam Taylor (Patti), four cousins Pam, Kathi, Patti and Nina, who were like sisters to her. Also 22 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 19th, 2016 at 1pm at Mills and Mills Funeral Home, 5725 Littlerock Rd SW, Tumwater, WA 98512. Interment will occur at Gehrke Pioneer Cemetery in Rainier, Washington, and there will be a gathering at the family home to follow services at 12802 133rd Ave SE, Rainier, Washington.
