Mike was born June 28, 1936, in Providence, Rhode Island. He served in the Air Force from 1954-58 and was stationed in Mississippi and Greenland. He also lived in Connecticut, California, and Texas, settling in Tucson in 1974. He worked in manufacturing, real estate, and property management, before retiring and following his passion of bookselling and writing. He will be remembered for his positive and amiable personality and great sense of humor.
He is survived by son Jay Walsh, daughter Kathy Hascall (Craig), daughter Pamela Smith (Kevin), their mother Agnes Walsh, seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He is predeceased by his wife Carol Walsh.
