Kathleen Louise Collins, 63, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at Northwest Hospital after struggling to recover from open heart surgery.
Kathleen, known as Kathy, was born on November 23, 1959, in Chicago Illinois, the 2nd eldest to Bobbie Jean Crosslin and Delbert Blaylock.
When Kathy was little, her family moved to Alabama where they spent some time, and eventually ended up In Tucson, where she graduated from Flowing Wells High School.
Kathy enjoyed country music and playing cards but mostly, taking care of her family and friends. She believed a life of loving is a life well spent.
She was preceded in death by her late husband James Allen Barber.
She leaves behind her husband of 34 years, Edward Collins, Her daughters Elizabeth and Theresa Barber; stepchildren Serena, Amber, and Tristan Collins; Hailey Knopf, Cousin Tony Collins; her sister Pamela Crosslin; her grandchildren Zoe Lavallee, Brianna Barber, and Preston Tabak.
