Dear Family of Gloria ,
I am just hearing about Gloria’s passing.  I am so sad that I didn’t get to speak to her more.  I would call her, but it was never easy to reach her.  I worked for TUSD from 2009-2012 and we quickly became friends.  She had such a brilliant mind and such a passion for the underserved.  Even after I moved back to Texas. I continued to call her to catch up.  I know you miss her, but she is too bright a light to put out!  She wisdom will always shine on me.

I'm just really finding out about her passing I kept watching it on Day song watching it and today I just went inside and Google it she was a beautiful person I always love when she came on and taught the word as well she is truly missed by me I love her and her husband Ministry

I love the picture of Mrs Copeland. It so captures her personality!  She was engaging and engaged.

I miss her so much.

Gloria, I am so sad to hear of your passing. I was curious why I hadn't gotten a call on the main line for your tamale order for Rosita. I'll never forget meeting you for breakfast or our little chats and check ins. I had just seen you the Wednesday before our break here at 1010...I am so thankful I got to see your smile and hug you one last time. God Bless you and keep you, with love - Marilyn 

The Voice with a cause will not be quiet even in death.  To all her her family she will be missed, I pray for all of you.

Words cannot express my heartbreak at the passing of a dear friend, Gloria Copeland.  She has always been one of the biggest advocates of Black student achievement and their access to a quality education. She's been a fighter and a stalwart for positive change in Tucson Unified School District.  She will truly be missed.  My love and condolences to the family.
