Duane Henry Andersen, age 72, of Vail, Arizona, passed away on Sunday June 4th, 2023. Duane was born on July 9th, 1950 in Grinnell, Iowa.
Duane was a dedicated family man, esteemed figure in the mining industry, and lover of the great outdoors. He is survived by his son Andrew Andersen, daughter Katherine Andersen, his brother Mark Andersen, his sister Diane Andersen Giesman and many more loving relatives. Duane was predeceased by his son Anthony, his father Henry, and his mother Jean. Duane’s legacy encompasses love, perseverance, and a deep appreciation for life. He will be dearly missed by family and friends. May his memory inspire us all.
A celebration of life for Duane will be held Sunday, July 9, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at East Lawn Palms Mortuary, 5801 East Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85712.
