Born August 26th, 1946 and passed away September 25th, 2009 from multiple illnesses. He was a graduate of Hawthorne High. He was a meat cutter and manager for Alpha Beta and Ralph's for 35 years. He retired in 1999. He leaves his wife Barbara, of 43 years, daughter, Judi, son in law, Steve Mitchell, brother, Dale and many brother and sister in laws, nephews and nieces. His strong presence will be missed.
Funeral Services will be held at Rice Mortuary, 5310 Torrance Blvd., Torrance, CA at 7:15 PM on Wednesday, September 30th with a reception in the Rice Lighthouse at the same location will follow. All are welcome to come and celebrate Cecil's life. Burial will be privately held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City, CA.
