Peacefully passed away on March 10, 2017 at Scarborough Grace Hospital. Beloved husband of Hui Jiao Guan. Loving father of Canny and Judy. Wei-Tang will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 10:00am to 11:00am. A funeral service will commence at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Highland Hills Cemetery to follow.
