Stephen "Roger" Ford

It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Stephen Roger Ford. He was born in Winsloe, PEI on July 4th, 1942. Son of the Late Ray and Helen Ford. Predeceased by his brother David Ford and the late Stuart Ford. The heart and soul of his family, he was an amazing husband, incredible dad, loving brother, grandfather, great grandfather and a loyal friend.

He is survived by his Children Todd Ford and Natalie Dalton and the cherished grandfather to Alisha Ford and Skylar Dalton and great grandfather to Raymond Ford-Lutawan. His absence leaves an aching void in our hearts, but his spirit lives on in the cherished memories we hold dear.

A man of unyielding kindness, his generous and infectious spirit touched the lives of everyone he met.

His passion for cars was not just a hobby, but a true love and a testament to his appreciation for the journey, for freedom, and the thrill of life. One of his favorite places was the garage, tinkering with cars.

Each moment shared, every memory crafted, stands as a beacon of his enduring presence among us.

His comforting presence will be missed by all that know him.

His love for his family was immeasurable. To know him was to love him and most importantly, his acts of kindness have touched many lives. There’s so much more about him that not even words can describe. His infectious smile, dedication and generosity will be greatly missed by his family and friends. We were very lucky to be able to spend his remaining time together, talking about the good times, and how he wants to be remembered; which is with fun stories, pictures and lots of laughter.

The family appreciates all of your prayers and kind gestures during this difficult time.

A visitation for Stephen will be held Friday, November 8, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Jerrett Funeral Homes, 660 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON M1K2B5, followed by a funeral service from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Stephen's memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society .
