Died peacefully at his home on November 5, 2017 in his 58th year. Cherished brother of Jack, Wayne, Deborah, Jacqueline, Kathy, John & James. Loving uncle to Cheyanne, Jack Junior, Julie, Crystal, Leanne, Shawn, Maggie, Yolanda, Wayne Junior, Kyle. Katelynn, Samantha, Clarissa and Abigail. Beloved great uncle to Ethan and Nikita.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Avenue, Toronto on Sunday November 12, 2017 from 4-6 p.m. Service will be held on Monday November 13, 2017 at Forward Baptist Church, 1891 Gerrard Street East, Toronto at 11:00 a.m. There will also be a time of visitation at the church, before the service starting at 10:00 a.m.
Please join the family after the service for lunch in Fellowship Hall.
