Paul was kind , caring , helpful , always there when he was needed, he had the biggest heart ❤️  Paul, you are already missed, I will keep the memories in my heart, my friend and colleague. R.I. P. Oh how you are missed.  I will miss our one on one conversations in my office on 11N were we spoke about every and anything.  I never went a pay day without printing your pay stubs for you and going over them to make sure you were paid correctly.  Printing that last pay stub was sad because it was retirement time.  You had a heart of gold, with an amazing smile that only the special people got to see.  Pauly,  the world will not be the same without your Spunk! You will never be forgotten and forever in my heart.  To the Santos family,  my deepest condolences goes out to all of you during this difficult time. Paul Santos 

Depending on who you talk to Paul Santos was either the good guy or villain in their story. In my story, he was a complicated man whom I considered my friend. Despite the stories that circulated around “High School” (work) about this man, I chose to ignore them, because that wasn’t the man I spoke with on a daily basis during our time at work. A man whose heart was truly invested into his job, and to the patients in his care. 

Paul you are and shall be missed, and I wish you nothing but joy and serenity in your journey.
