Passed away peacefully on July 17, 2015 in Toronto after a lengthy illness. Loving father of Amanda (Chris), Jamie (Tasha), Patrick and step-father of Ashley and Lindsay (Mitchell) . Proud grandfather of Kal-El, Joshua, Jayden, Alex and Shelby. Cherished brother of Albert, Sheila, Patricia (predeceased), Kay Mary, Brendan, Geraldine, Kevin and Juanita. Patrick will be missed by many relatives and friends. Visitation at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Ave., Toronto, 416-698-3121, on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. A service will be held at a later date in Newfoundland. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
