It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Hazel Rose on September 28, 2020, peacefully at her home at the age of 96. Together forever with her beloved husband Garth Scott Humphrey (1972). Beloved mother of Sharon and Diane. Loving grandmother of Tina, Suzanne, Jeffrey, Richard, Shayne and Laura. Great-grandmother of Jaiden, Quinton, Charlotte and Brayden. Visitation will be held at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 2570 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M4C 1L3 on Friday October 2, 2020 from 10AM-12PM. Interment to follow at Pine Hills Cemetery. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, restrictions are in place within the funeral home. Maximum 15 guests on rotation. Masks must be worn upon entry into the funeral home, as well as names and phone numbers will be recorded for Dept of Public Health Tracing as well as social distancing is in effect to protect each other.
