Giovanni is the beloved husband and best friend of Vincenza (nee Fortura) for 70 years. He will be deeply missed by all of his loving cousins, nieces and nephews. He will be forever remembered, loved and missed by all of his family and friends.
Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin) on Friday, March 3, 2023 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.
The Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 10am at St. Nicholas of Bari Church, 1277 St. Clair Ave. W. (On the morning of the service, please make your way directly to the church arriving 15 minutes prior to the service, this will allow the family some private time prior to the service. Parking can be found on the streets surrounding the church as well as there is a Green P parking lot located on Greenlaw (located behind the church).
Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 8361 Yonge St.
In lieu of flowers, the family have requested donations in Memory of Giovanni Tari may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
